Privacy Policy
Effective September 1, 2026
Last Updated September 1, 2026
Au Naturel Boutique (“Au Naturel Boutique,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information provided through our website, advertising, social media, and other communications.
Information We Collect
We collect limited, basic information from you in the following ways:
a) Information you provide directly When you respond to one of our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads — for example, through a lead form, message, or by contacting us — we may collect:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Any message or notes you choose to include (for example, a preferred appointment time)
We do not ask you to disclose medical details, diagnosis information, surgical history, or insurance details through our ad forms or website contact forms. If you choose to share that kind of information anyway (for example, in a free-text message), please see Section 6 below.
b) Information collected automatically When you visit our Site, we and our service providers (including Meta) may automatically collect:
- Cookie and pixel data
- IP address and general device/browser information
- Pages visited and how you interacted with our Site
- Referring website or ad that led you to us
How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected to:
- Respond to your inquiry and schedule or confirm appointments
- Provide information about our products, services, and hours
- Improve our website and the relevance of our advertising
- Measure the effectiveness of our Meta ad campaigns
- Comply with legal or tax recordkeeping obligations
We do not use the information you submit through an ad or contact form to make any medical or clinical determination, and we do not sell your personal information.
Meta Ads, Pixel, and Cookies
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram (Meta platforms). As part of this:
- Meta Lead Ads: If you submit your information through a Meta lead form, that information is sent to us by Meta according to your Facebook/Instagram privacy settings and Meta’s own Data Policy.
- Meta Pixel / Conversions API: Our Site may use the Meta Pixel or similar tools, which allow us to see general, aggregated information about visits to our Site (such as whether someone who clicked our ad later visited our Site) and to show you more relevant ads. This does not provide us with clinical or health information about you.
- Cookies: Our Site may use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising purposes. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage how Meta uses your data for ads through your Facebook Ad Preferences.
Because we serve a sensitive category of customer needs, we intentionally limit our ad targeting and on-site tracking and do not use “special ad category” health or medical condition data for targeting, consistent with Meta’s advertising policies.
How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share limited information with:
- Service providers who help us operate our business (e.g., appointment scheduling software, email/SMS providers), under confidentiality obligations
- Meta, only as described in Section 4, and only to the extent you interacted with our ads or Site
- Legal authorities, if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety of our clients or staff
Sensitive Health-Related Information
Our fitting services are inherently personal and health-related. Please note:
- Information shared with us through an ad, contact form, or general website inquiry is not part of a medical record and is used only to respond to you and schedule appointments.
- Information you share with us in person during a fitting or consultation, or that we submit on your behalf to your insurance provider for reimbursement purposes, is handled separately from website/ad data and is subject to additional safeguards described in our in-store client intake materials.
- We ask that you not include sensitive medical details (diagnosis, surgery dates, insurance ID numbers) in ad response forms, general contact forms, or public reviews.
Data Retention
We retain the information collected through ads and website forms only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide services, and meet our recordkeeping or tax obligations, after which it is securely deleted or archived.
Your Choices and Rights
You may:
- Ask us what information we have collected about you and request its deletion, by contacting us via email at anaturelboutique@gmail.com or by phone at 716-839-7144
- Opt out of future marketing emails or texts at any time
- Adjust your Facebook/Instagram ad preferences through your Meta account settings
Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights (for example, under California or other state privacy laws) to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to opt out of certain data sharing.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you share with us. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
Our Site and advertisements are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Third-Party Links
Our Site may link to third-party sites (such as Meta/Facebook/Instagram or payment processors). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
